“Gustamela” was founded in 2019 by Rokas Kasperavicius. Gustamela combines its roots in the construction industry with over five years of experience in the temporary employment sector. As a descendant of contractors and builders, Rokas practically grew up on construction sites. That’s why he can empathize with the understanding and needs of his clients, leading to an optimal match between supply and demand in the job market.

Starting as a one-person business, “Gustamela” quickly grew from a small temporary employment agency into a full-service project agency. Gustamela specializes in the construction and technology sectors but increasingly welcomes clients from other industries, such as industrial and logistics.
